Additional Materials:

1. Official transcripts of all college or university work to date.
2. A copy from the Educational Testing Service of your scores on the aptitude section of the Graduate Record Examination. (A subject GRE is not required.)
3. Three letters of recommendation evaluating your potential for graduate study and research from persons who know you well, including at least two faculty or employers. (Letters should be sent directly to the Psychology Department. There is no special form.)
4. Application fee of $45, payable on-line at the end of this application.
5. If English was not the primary language spoken at the college where you received your undergraduate education, a report of the scores you achieved on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and/or the Test of Spoken English (TSE).
6. Any additional research-related material
