    and maybe this one:
    BALANCE LONG TERM GOALS WITH SOURCES OF AUTOMATIC ACCOMPLISHMENT. FOR EXAMPLE, MAKE LISTS THAT INCLUDE THE MAKING OF THE LISTS AS ONE OF THE GOALS!!
